Miley Cyrus fears another naked photo scandal

Miley Cyrus is reportedly reeling after FBI agents raided the house of a teen
who claimed to have hacked into the Disney star's email account.
The Disney star is said to be all shaken up after learning that 19-year-old Josh Holly
bragged to his friends that he had Miley's personal information at his finger tips.

A source tells the National Enquirer,
"She used that email account on a daily basis to send former boyfriend
Nick Jonas and several of her friends photos and letters.
"And there were several other accounts Miley used for emails,
so she's not exactly sure what Holly gained access to -
and that's what so deeply troubling to her...
"The whole thing is making Miley a nervous wreck."

she'd have to be home feeding the baby, changing diapers and living the life of a teen mom,"
an insider claims.


Meanwhile, the 15-year-old has refused to dish on her relationship
with Gaston. She recently had an interview with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show
and said she and Gaston were "close friends."

Miley Cyrus Rocks Out in Berlin

Continuing on with her European promotional circuit, Miley Cyrus took to the stage
for a performance in Berlin, Germany on Monday night (October 27).

The “Hannah Montana” starlet showed off her passion as she took the stage at Goya Club,
rocking out with her most popular tunes including the instant hit “7 Things”.

Meanwhile, it appears as if Miley’s father Billy Ray is doing his best to make sure
that his daughter keeps on the path toward continued success,
as he allegedly told a close friend,
“I told her in no uncertain terms that her career would be over if something stupid were to happen
and she would no longer be a role model for young girls, something she takes very seriously.”
“I think I made an impression on her; at least I hope so.
I don’t want to forbid her from dating because that would just make her sneak around.
Miley is a really good kid, but she has to watch her step as far as boys are concerned,”

FBI catches up with Miley Cyrus hacker

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) -
A 19-year-old hacker who posted some racy photos of Disney starlet Miley Cyrus on the Internet
said he was raided by the FBI this week after boasting that he would never be caught.

The hacker, Josh Holly, bragged openly about obtaining the photos from an email account
of the 15-year-old star of "Hannah Montana," the hit Disney Channel series
about a schoolgirl with a secret life as a pop star.
He even gave interviews to bloggers and boasted that he moved so often
that authorities would never catch him.

But Holly said that the FBI found him on Monday, seizing three computers and a phone
from his home in Murfreesboro, Tenn. He was not arrested or charged.

"I was just kind of shaking. I was thrown way off guard," he said.
"I guess somebody ended up ratting me out."

Holly, who goes by the screen name "TrainReq," gained access to an email account
once used by Cyrus last December, and found images of the actress with a bare midriff
and blowing kisses that she supposedly sent to singer Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers.

According to Internet reports, no celebrity outlets would buy the photos from him
due to the illegal manner in which he obtained them so he posted them online
and they spread across the Internet.

An embarrassed Miley Cyrus, whose squeaky-clean image has been carefully managed by Disney,
publicly apologized for the photos, saying they were "silly, inappropriate shots."

Miley Cyrus' 16th birthday party was more boisterous than sweet.

Cyrus celebrated the hallmark birthday at an over-the-top Disneyland celebration Sunday —
even though she doesn't actually turn 16 until Nov. 23.
The theme park was closed for the supersized soiree, which included a four-song performance
by the teen queen and a fireworks display above Sleeping Beauty Castle and 16 giant inflatable candles.

"Miley is really hard to surprise," her father Billy Ray Cyrus said at the event.

Organizers estimated over 5,000 people attended the special party, which cost $250 a ticket.
On the event's purple carpet — that's Cyrus' favorite color — the star
of the Disney Channel's "Hannah Montana" bragged that her parents
bought her a new puppy for her birthday.

"My parents shut down Disneyland for me, so I'm good for a while," Cyrus said.

Cyrus' father opened up for his daughter with a few of his own songs,
including "Achy Breaky Heart."
His daughter donned a white ruffled skirt and jersey-like vest with "Sweet 16" printed on the back
for her truncated concert. At one point, Cyrus boarded a boat in the park's Rivers of America
and crooned such tunes as "Breakout" and "G.N.O."

Throughout the evening, several popular attractions, such as Big Thunder Mountain and Pirates of the Caribbean,
remained open to partygoers. Additional activities, like receiving a "Hannah Montana" makeover
and playing the upcoming Disney Interactive Studios rhythm video game "Ultimate Band,"
were also made available to attendees.

Over at Disney's California Adventure, Disneyland's sister theme park,
an entirely different celebration was occurring during the Sweet 16 event:
the 11th annual Gay Days Anaheim, an unofficial gathering of gays and lesbians
at the Disneyland Resort.
Event producer Jeffrey Epstein said Cyrus' affair didn't conflict with Gay Days Anaheim.

"We're happy to share our big weekend with Miley," said Epstein.
"While it may be a small world after all, we think it's big enough for both groups to have a blast."
