Patrizia dAddario: I gave Berlusconi my body 
Patrizia D'Addario, the prostitute who claims to have slept with
Silvio Berlusconi,
has told in her book of her amazement at the 73-year-old Italian prime minister's stamina.
In an explosive and sometimes explict kiss-and-tell book, which went on sale in Italy on Tuesday,
she gives her first detailed account of the night she claims to have spent with Mr Berlusconi.
She alleges he called her
"treasure" and
"baby" and she spent all night with him,
only leaving his Rome residence at 8am the next morning.
She went public with her story in July but has now claimed police and prosecutors only believed
her account when she produced tape recordings of conversations she says she had
with Mr Berlusconi in his bedroom.
She decided to reveal her alleged night of passion with the media mogul because she said he failed
to deliver on promises he had made to help her with the building of a hotel in her hometown of Bari,
on Italy's Adriatic coast.
"I gave him my body, but he [gave me] nothing," she writes in the 240-page book,
Prime minister, take your pleasure, which is subtitled
"The whole truth, by the most famous escort in the world".
Miss D'Addario, 42, claims she was invited to two candle-lit dinners at Mr Berlusconi's imposing mansion
in central Rome, Palazzo Grazioli, at which the premier assumed the role of a "sultan" to a "harem"
of gorgeous young women.
The first was on Oct 16, 2008, when he allegedly asked her to stay the night but she declined,
and the second was a month later, on Nov 4, when she claims she agreed to go to bed with him.
She ridiculed Mr Berlusconi's claim on national television that the dinners,
where dozens of glamorous starlets and showgirls drank Champagne and went home
with jewel-encrusted butterfly brooches, were party political gatherings.
"First of all, such a political club would have to consist only of young, beautiful women
dressed only in skin-tight black dresses, because they were the only sort of person I saw.
"Secondly, the party members let themselves be caressed, kissed and touched
in an unequivocal manner by their boss? If this is how politics is now conducted, I'm well qualified."
Miss D'Addario was taken aback by the prime minister's stamina, given that he has had prostate cancer.
"He didn't appear a bit tired, he kissed me again and again and again," she claimed.
Mr Berlusconi has said he cannot recall Miss D'Addario and that he has never paid for sex,
but he has also acknowledged that he loves beautiful women and is "no saint". .
